Round earthenware dish with Japanese motifs, decorated with a green salamander, a couple of mice, a group of birds perched on a bamboo branch, a fan and a wisteria. Nice golden highlights on the contours of each pattern. Marked on the back "MONTEREAU / B&Cie / 35", mark of the Manufacture Creil et Montereau from 1876 when Barluet became director until his death in 1884.
