Au Bain Marie Collection.

Chard, also known as Swiss chard, is native to Western Europe and the Mediterranean region. The oldest traces of its cultivation and consumption date back to the gardens of Babylon and Ancient Rome. In France, it became widely available in the Middle Ages, when it was used in many recipes. It is particularly cultivated in the South of France, where it is part of the culinary heritage. The cuisines of Monaco, Nice and Corsica use chard in many traditional recipes.

Each of our pieces is unique, hand-painted with a sponge and featuring nuances of colour and shape. Fig leaves, chard, shepherd's purse and spruce will surprise and charm your guests at your receptions.

Over time, earthenware develops subtle cracks and a beautiful patina, giving it an authentic, elegant charm. Discover our collection of earthenware tableware to bring a poetic, springtime touch to every meal, and reenchant the pleasure of entertaining.
